PKBK-WI, STORAGE, LLC and Oz-Fund Placida, LLC (collectively known as Storage Brothers) are the sole owners and operators of TheStorageBrothers.com. Storage Brothers offers online rent payments via ACH, debit, and credit for storage units and commercial shop spaces. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD), and no cash or in-person payments are accepted.

Automatic charges occur monthly on the anniversary of your move-in date. For example, if your move-in date is June 24, your rent will be due upon move-in and automatically charged again on July 24, August 24, and so on. If your first month’s rent was prorated, subsequent charges will follow the prorated schedule. Storage Brothers is not obligated to refund or prorate rents paid online.

All storage units and rentals are delivered clean and in working condition. PKBK-WI, STORAGE, LLC and Oz-Fund Placida, LLC (collectively known as Storage Brothers) customer information is solely for used for business operational purposes. No customer information will be shared with 3rd party individuals, institutions or companies. 

We have in place certain physical, electronic and managerial safeguards in place to help protect the privacy and security of your personal information. When you enter your personal information on our website, we use encryption technology to protect your information as it is transmitted to us. Do NOT email, text, chat or otherwise message credit card numbers or information to us.

Please note that Storage Brothers does not ship or receive items. We do not accept deliveries of any kind and are not responsible for items left by delivery agents at any of our facilities or offices.

All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your month-to-month lease during a current month, any unused prorated portion of that month’s rent will not be refunded. However, if you have paid rent more than one month in advance and move out before any portion is used, the unused full monthly amount will be returned. Security deposits, if paid, will be returned to the address on file within 21 days of vacating the unit, provided the unit is paid in full, completely emptied, cleaned, and swept, and a 14-day notice was given to the landlord prior to move-out. No other refunds or prorations are available.
